Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final.
Please read the policy below carefully before completing your purchase.

All Sales Are Final

We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any products.
This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Wrong item purchased

  • Changes of preference

  • Allergies or sensitivities

  • Dog refusal to eat the product

  • Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer

Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled.

Damaged or Defective Products

All products are inspected before shipping.
If your item arrives damaged due to shipping carrier mishandling, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged product

  • Photos of the packaging

We will assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Please note: We do not issue replacements or refunds ourselves.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, Bulk Buddy Liquid Gold is no longer responsible for:

  • Lost packages

  • Stolen packages

  • Delivery to the wrong address due to customer error

We recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

Product Safety & Allergies

It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and consult a veterinarian if unsure whether this product is suitable for their dog.
We are not liable for adverse reactions or misuse.

No Guarantees of Results

Every dog is different.
We do not guarantee:

  • Weight gain

  • Appetite changes

  • Muscle growth

  • Coat results

Results vary based on breed, diet, activity level, metabolism, and health conditions.
